I came to Clients on Demand with a desire to grow my coaching business through funnels. And boy did they deliver! Not only are my funnels up and running, but I have improved my coaching and my sales skills! Their support team is built of amazing experts in each of several areas to help you with your marketing, funneling, sales, mindset, and so much more! Just plain amazing. But it takes work, don't get me wrong - you should only join the program if you want to SUBSTANTIALLY impact your coaching business, and you're willing to do the work to make it happen.

I came into the program with great hopes and eager to add a new skill with short funnel marketing. I am an experienced marketer of 30 years, but never dove into this type of online marketing before, so I was excited to see what I could gain for my new group coaching program.

The online self-paced courseware is well produced, easy to follow and for the most part complete. The AI tools they use to create the assets required for the sales funnel you build are OK, but not great. You have a copy writing coach to help polish the content AI creates, but don't be in a rush to get answers because they have a 24-48 hour response policy through their chat platform. Better to just get on the twice a week office hours to get answers during the creative process.

You can tell they are still working out the kinks in the system which creates confusion at key parts of the process. I was a fast burner through the course and finished all required deliverable from my end quickly. I suggest to anyone going through this course to do the same because you want as much time for the second and third phase as possible.

The second phase with their done-for-you program is the sales funnel build out. I was told this takes no more than a week, which would give me three weeks to test the ad campaign before my 8-week agreement was over. Unfortunately mine took five weeks and when delivered was still not ready to launch an ad campaign against. I would have asked them to fixed the issues, but by then, my window to launch the campaign for my program had past and decided my team would just pick up the pieces we had and move forward on our own with the third phase - the ad campaign.

On what I hoped to be a brighter end to my experience, my success coach, who was very attentive to my concerns and always stayed positive, did contact me about a month later. They attempted to find out what happened and looked for ways to "make it right" as this was "not the experience folks usually had with the program". She spent time going back and forth with the tech team, but they were never able to grasp the issue at hand and decided that, "From everything I see our team showed up fully and supported every step of the way." She continued to offer their support, but I couldn't afford to spend more time working with them when they couldn't even understand the simple truths of the situation.

In the end, I have an understanding of a new type of marketing for my business and will move forward with my internal team to test what was built and optimize it on our own.

Conclusion: I don't think this is the best program for those without their own tech/website team or anyone that is on any sort of set timeline they want their campaigns to run. I also don't think 8 weeks is enough time to go through the courseware, complete all of the assignments, get the site built, and have enough time to dial in the ad campaign. Of course, you can sign up for their follow-on mastermind, but I have heard that runs an extra $20K a year (don't quote me on the price).

On a side note. I gathered from the few group calls I was on that the ad campaigns can take a few months to get dialed in. I heard firsthand from people who had been spending an upwards of $6K per month for two and three months without success. The COD success team (the single beacon of greatness of the program) is always eager to continue helping, but I am not sure how many folks have an $18K runway plus the cost of the course to see results. So buyer beware.

This is NOT for people who are just starting out. They position their framework as something that can be applied to any business. This is wrong. I feel like I was sold something that didn't work for me. I attended all the calls and did all my assignments but unfortunately, I just didn't have the money to keep putting into ads. I spent thousands into ads with nothing to show for it. I even shared my money situation in my initial call and while I do take responsibility for my decision, I can't deny that I still felt pressured to buy it because they said if I did the work that the system would work. I am very disappointed. Even when you bring up questions about their marketing (the language didn't feel right to me) their marketing team would show serious attitude during the call. Their live calls basically have everyone raise their hand and go one by one.. and if you have a person with 20 questions.. good luck getting to your turn. Additionally, there is no 1:1 attention.. you have to submit tickets to get support and the turnaround is between 1-2 days. Not only that.. you only get access to the live calls for 8 weeks before you're kicked out and put into another group - and btw... you're constantly being upsold to their Lions Pride program in that group. I'm not saying it was bad.. I'm saying it wasn't for me. And of course.. you don't get any refunds. If you're new and still not 100% on your offer, go elsewhere and save your money. This is clearly for people who are ready to scale (but they don't actually market it that way).

I was told over the phone that I could get a refund if I really wanted one when I was signing up. I paid for the COD course for DominateMath.com Which I co-founded/invested in. My co-founder worked very little so I pulled out and asked for a refund from Clients on Demand. It was not that the COD program is bad, I knew that my co-founder was not putting in enough work (He would work 12 hours per week) to succeed so I knew I had little chance of a return on my investment. I had only been enrolled for a bit over a week. Clients on Demand was very deceptive with me. If they tell you that you can get a refund if you decide to back out in the future, make sure to get that refund agreement in writing or record the phone conversation.

We started from nothing: no list, no program, no social media presence, nothing. We had tried low ticket, writing and selling a book, hosting workshops, etc, and none of it worked. So even though we had been coaching for years, we weren't able to translate that into a structured online coaching business.

When a friend recommended COD in 2018, we looked into it, booked a call, and jumped in with both feet. The clarity we got in just the first week alone was worth the investment! COD provided the structures, strategies, and templates we didn't even know we were missing.

I will admit we got into the program and did NOT follow it as it was designed. We took the long scenic route and did it our way, aka the hard way. (Looking back, I have seen so many people complain that it "didn't work" because they weren't willing to follow the program as designed or do all the hard work necessary to make it work. And it is a LOT of hard work.) FWIW, we did still enroll clients doing it the hard way.

So in October 2022, when we finally were ready to face the truth that we hadn't followed the program, we sat down, buckled in, and started doing the hard work. We always knew COD was the real deal and that the problem had been us, so we knew it was just a matter of time. We just had to learn how to get out of our own way.

Since then, we have had our best years yet, and every year gets better than the previous year. Our clients are getting amazing results, and we LOVE our business.

The support you get at COD is unparalleled! During the foundational COD program, you will have access to copy writers, FB ad experts, mindset coaches, and more.

When you graduate from COD, you will still have access to the COD program (and any updates they make over time), plus the free support community on FB.

After COD you have the option to join their masterminds, which we did in October 2022, and the level of support there is 10x what I expected in terms of additional training, access to Russ, and individual and group coaching. Their lowest tier mastermind has been like rocket fuel for our mindset and our business, mostly because we personally thrive in an active community that holds us accountable. This is when our sales really started to take off!

COD is like one big graduate business course plus the personal growth courses you need to transform yourself from a great coach into a successful business owner.
